Go to hell grrrrrrr 1) Most Overrated Team: France. More firepower than the Death Star and they couldn't score in a brothel. 2) Most Underrated Team: Senegal. In my first prediction I said "Senegal...erm...who?" and boy did they prove me wrong. Great athletes and some skilful players...gotta take my hat off to them. 3) Most Overrated Player: I was gonna say Bati-boy, but I still think he's one of the best strikers to have ever pulled on a pair of boots, so i'll go easy on him and say: "Come on down...David Beckham!!" - I have my doubts whether he is really 'World Class'... 4) Most Underrated Player: Marcos. When asked who would win the World Cup, Arsene Wenger replied: "Brazil - they have the best goalkeeper". I'd never heard of him(and probably half the world hadn't either), but i'm a big fan now. 5) Best Goal: Diego Forlan's rocket for Uruguay against...erm...I forgot 6) Best Match: Amazingly, France V Uruguay. The best 0-0 draw i've ever seen in my life. 7) Stupidest evar refereeing decision: The oik that sent off Francesco Totti against Korea. 9) Best comedy, schoolboy error moment on the field: Thomas Sorensen 'chucking one in' for England V Denmark 10) Worst "I obviously know all about football, me" commentating moment: Can't remember any, but there were some funny ones. Any John Motson one whilst talking about Dave 'Semen' Seaman, i.e "..Seaman's on the line!", "..and Seaman's out of the box!". Gary Lineker talking about Ronaldo said: "Ronaldo: The man who could eat an apple through a tennis racquet.", but my personal fave is David Pleat commentating on Germany V USA: "Germany benefited from a last-gasp hand job on the line." :)
