College Hoops - Game of the Week

This is what March Madness is all about ? the Shangri-La of College Hoops that every college athlete fancies about. Fans from around the country vying for Miracle to happen and it did this time. Indeed this has been a year of ?UnderDogs?. I wager even the most prominent pundit of college hoops did not expect the 2005 NC2A tournament would be this much crazy yet so much fun. I speculate everyone?s early bracketology 101 prediction has been busted and people have cried. Surely there is so much to gossip about this year?s tournament. For instance, (12) WI-M over (4) BC (so much for the amazing run on season plays), (7) WV over (2) WF ? 2OT (instance classic), (14) Bucknell down (3)KS (Simien and Langford would have never imagined if their career would end up in a disappointment), (13)VT over (4)?Cuse (Did Boeheim expected this?) to name a few. The point is ?UnderDogs? have prevailed in the Madness. I wish I could be as crazy of a fan as Ashley Judd, who not only attends Kentucky Wildcats games but also hangs in the student section. But let me tell you, the UofA Wildcats are up to a big feat ? a desire to cut down the nets in St Louis. They have played their hearts out in games which were in tremendous pressure (against ASU, UW and UCLA) and achieved a ?W?. The UofA has a reputation of being reffered as the ?Point Guard? University of the West. Watch out for Mustapha Shakur to have an enormous impact on the game against Cowboys tomorrow. Cats have played as a team in the dance so far; not to forget the deep depth of the bench with contribution from Walters, McClellan and Rogers. With the composure, high spirit and phenomenal performance of Salim, Frye, Adams, Ivan and Shakur, the Cats will accomplish their goal. As Stoudamire last said, ?I?ll end up my career playing in St Louis?. That says it all. Bring it on Cowboys ! My prediction: UA (82) ? OKST (76) Go WildCats ! ! !
