To: Whoever said or think their great learning culture. (1) Un-civilized Cultures are Too much Selfish, Corruption, Crimes, Moral-less, Irresponsible, Racism, Misbehavior, psychopathic and own self superior thinker but there is not even single point to claim them superior human. (2) Bad Cultures are Bribery, Robbery, Theft, looting, Rapping, Hating, Smuggling, Black marketing, Corruption and other crimes. These kind of Un-civilized and Bad Cultures, Native Nepalese never practice and they never ever wanted, too. Infact, they do not need because it is the worst than anything else.
