You don?t have to be in the United States or somewhere in the developed country to be a great; it?s the personality and your judgment that makes you great. I don?t know if you watch news or read newspapers (in the United States since I believe you live here); barefaced personnel like Michael Jackson or Martha Steward are waving their hands to the public everyday, who are supposed to hide their face from the public for the disgraceful acts. This is not an act of your so called ?Great? people. And about the term you used as ?we?, you are nobody to represents the whole Nepali people living in the United Sates.
