Though situations haven't changed much in remote areas, at least, for us, Kathmanduits, the daily lives are much peaceful and safer. No one knows the long term effect of this action, but for now, it might be the only way by which peace could be brought, at least, in the capital. Certainly, if you ask a Nepali, where he/she wants to live right now, Kathmandu or Rolpa, you know the answer. Political and democratic rights of Nepalese have been disturbed, but to enjoy those rights, you have to live. And the situation of Nepal, before, was the lives were in stake. Now at least streets are much safer. Nepalese abroad have right to say about their country but as put by many, you have to come and live at least one or two years in order to understand the situation here.
