NO change in system. 1) Goverment we still operate like medieval state. The state manily exist to enrich the king and durbar and to increase theri power and dominance. Not so of modern state. Notion of the modern state is that it should not only maintain order but also improve living standards and transform society in keeping with the modern world. As nepe has said earlier 90's democracy came running into someone elses back. Even the freshly elected officials were unable to differentiate situations instead of king and darbar now it became parliament and parites. It create more mess by adding new power in play. We as a nation never able to differentiate between Authority and Power. We confused both as a same due to it ppl who get elected act like a god and put country in mess called maobaadi situation. Authority derives from constitutional legitimacy and respect for instituions such as judiciary, parliament, a permanent bureaucracy and press, whereas power is really the power to coerce and enforce the will of the state. Authority is abstract while power is physical.
