Well, coffee... it's obvious that our nepali army is not up to par... one doesn't have to be an analyst. Its been already six years the nepal gov. deployed RNA against maoist... Doesn't seem like RNA has achevied much success... I care less about what Sujata Koirala says... "Our Nepali army is not trained and equipped well enough to fight the Maoists gurillas...
