How oppressed are the oppressed races?

How Bahun or Bahunism oppress other Nepalese Races: (1) In constitution: Nepal is Hindu Kingdom, not included other religions. (2) Nepali Citizenship: Nepal has so many native tribal people who cannot have Nepali Citizenship. They have to simulated and bribe to get Nepali Citizenship where majority Bahun race control and issues Nepali Citizenship. (3) Nepali Political parties and politics: 95% Bahuns in Nepali political parties and run leadership where some other Native Nepali tribes even do not have one single representatives because of systematic oppressed by Bahuns race of Nepal. (4) Nepal Government Employment: 93% Bahuns work in Nepal Government offices as the senior and lower classes employees? and hold authorities as well as powers where some other Native Nepalese people even do not have one opportunity. (5) Nepal Education: Definitely other native Nepalese are behind in education but why?Nepali Language is a ?Khas? language and it is only national language for every purposes in Nepal. Khas language is Bahun?s mother tongue language. Khas language became so difficult to other native Nepalese where they hardly and gradually learning. Bahun learn Khas language at home by naturally, but to learn Khas language other native Nepalese people have to go to special school where school are not still existed in most of the part of Nepal. (6) Superior Racial blood and Mentality of Bahuns: Bahuns are always think that their race is the one superior. However, there were not a single facts and evidences that Bahuns can claimed as a superior race. In historical record tells that Bahuns are the people who can live without dignity, creator of caste system, saati system, child marriage, slavery, traitors, untrustworthy, become priest for survival not for religious belief and true faith, use Hindu religion and Bahunism as tool of corruption. These basic point where we obviously can find in our Nepalese Societies, Politics and Government offices and systems. These are the main reasons that Nepali Democracy failed so many times. So, We all Nepalese are suffering every day.
