Well! I don't believe that Maoist are Racial Group. But Government of Nepal, Government Officials, Nepali Constitution, Bahunism are 100% Racial system in Nepal from Century. I coul be the main reason Nepalese Democracy Collasped many times until now. Our Nepalese Democracy is not collaspsing because bad politics of last night, We had political, Social, Governmental and Racial problem from decade and centuries. Look at this picture.
