I agree Nice. Democracy is successful extremely homogenous or extremely heterogenous society with high education of its citizen and also high income. But let me hypothesize that the so called POLITICAL SYSTEM in nepal never let emerge or establish chrismatic leader. These two new appoints, I think, were failed in thier test in the past.
