Well, what will happen to the dreams showered my the Maoists to the ethnic groups of providing them with autonomous regions within Nepal with with wide range of far more control over their anchestoral homeland. What will happen to wide imbalance in government, politics, economy and society overall between these ethinc groups ? These ethnic groups are not going to give away the dreams that they had in mind long before Maoists ever existed. The same dream which was badly shattered in the face of the Constitution of Nepal 1990. As long as their dreams are not full filled, the peace will not return, laying down arms by the Maoists is not simple as it might seem.
