After RANA regime collasped, democracy of Nepal showed and proved that Democracy in Nepal did not work and will not work until majority people well educated as well as all corrupted and criminals put into justice. We need good dectetoship, strong law and order and capital punishment, too. We need to create good culture like - honor for good people, punishment for crooks.
