if you want to retrive the distinct colums from table then
SELECT DISTINCT ID Career from TableName
Where IDCareer IN ('B','c');
or
SELECT DISTINCT ID career from Tablename
whrere IDCareer like "%b" and "%c";
i am not sure though... just try it...
