Houston, It needs to be understood here that the world changed so radically in last 50 yrs that did not happen in last 500 years. Therefore your comparison is not right. Just because the royal family could not do IT in last 250 years, political parties are not gonna get that much time. If Panchayat could not do IT in 32 years, then these leaders should have done it in 14 years. But since they did not do it in 12 years, the king is promising to do it in 3 years. If he does not do it in three years, then I am sure Nepali people will find another solution. But as you can notice, the time frame gets shorter and shorter and that is how it is supposed to be.
