bideshi dude i admire ur thoughts for freedom and demo"CRAP", we all have different opinions and we all are entitled to hold it, but just becoz ppl don't agree with u don't mean they are cheap thinkiners or work in gas stations, and what's wrong with workin in gas stations for a living anyways, its better than stealing and corruption or whatever..........anyways, point is, some of us feel we should give more time for the King to prove his point, we all 've seen what the politicians have done over the yrs, they could't come together to hold peace talks and they all worried about their own merits rather than that of the country, on the other hand, i am sure equal number of us feel King should not have killed democracy like this, and i am talking about those of us here in Us, Uk or wherever outside of Nepal, how viable is it to hold on protests in ANA conventions or go and lobby in congress, as the dude who started this thread said, let's get some attention of the King, u seriously thinking protests here would have any effect on him or Bush, if u are really worried about freedom of people and democracy, do as "mshrestha" suggested earlier in this thread, go and help in nepal, work in villages schools or health centers, that would be a lot better than wasting time in protests here or in Nepal, i am sure once the phone lines are back up senior leaders will give orders to their chamchas and young student leaders to hold protests and i am sure half a million ppl will hit the road, and guys like u in US if u were not here, i m sure u would be part of that half a million, creating unnecessary violence and so called "andolan", which is exactly what the maoists want...........as said earlier, let's not call for protests here and create a division here also as back home, and not going to protests doesn't necessarily mean we don't care about people or freedom, chill out everyone and don;'t be late for ur shift at gas stations.............
