Pade Queen Ramesh nath pandey from what I know about him is a THAG. His being the FM will do oodles of good for his son Nichal Nath who heads some foreign institute. Before nischal nath, Dr. Mohan Lohani was heading the same insitute. Dr. Lohani is a guy in his 60s while Nischal is in his early 30s. Now Nischal nath should be given the job as the Ambassador to India. Afterall his father is now the foreign minister. ---- Its the Institute of Foreign Affairs as far as I know. I heard that Mohan Lohani, a Prof of English literature and the least qualified for the job was replaced by a better, qualified and hard-working person by Deuba just around the time of Kathmandu SAARC Summit, 2002.
