To add to that fact Prachanda always went to Mohan Baidhya to seek advise on the matters of Communist idealogy therefore regarded Mohan Baidhya to some sort of guru status. Mohan Baidhya was arrested in India about one one and half years ago in Darjeeling district of West Bangal state of India and is currently in Jail in West Bengal state of India. Now you have to decide who is the brainchild of Maoist movement and why the Maoist have not weekened significantly.
