Just make sure the airport is open (from news sources it appears currently it is not) ..I am sure if you have arranged everything, You should go! I would! Civil liberties are totally restricted so means you have to be extra careful and cautious during your stay there.. If you are just there to meet families and close relatives, they would be extremely happy to see you as they are currently thinking of you!
