Orion, The King is not that naive, he knows its not 2017, and there's no way he can stop people from speaking out. I think, in a week or tow, when the heat subsides, they will lift the censorship. It will be a Liberal-authritarian form of govt. for 3 years or less. You don't need a democratically elected governmnet to protect and guaranty your civil rights. Actually, in many cases, the democratically elected govts. are doing worse.. so, the recent scholarship.. (call it liberal school) has been saying that "maybe its better to strengthen the institutions of democracy first and then go for electoral democracy." I think the King will strengthen tyhe institutions of deocarcy, a free press, an impartial judiciary and such stuff, then finally had the soverignty to the people.
