it has already interfared. It's India which has stopped the King from sacking Deuba. See once King visits to India and they put their priorities before him and get a positive nod, a new government will come up. For sometime, India's role from behind will lead to some changes in government. But after the bloody war really takes the full swing, the interferance will be largely visible.
