May her soul rest in peace. She was indeed one of the most glamorous, beautiful and attractive actress in the world of hindi cinema. It is sad to read that her life was not as beautiful as she herself was. And neither was it half as beautiful as her movies. I happened to read an article published in times of india, comparing praveen bobi with marlyn monroe, i could help but find her more attractive that the later. In those pics, she looked far more beautiful, a greek goddess if I may. "Arth", the critically acclaimed movie, was based on HER, Mahesh bhatt and his wife's triangle love story, with praveen's character being played by then class actress Amita patel. The movie, though a jewel in hindi cinema and widely regarded as a very impressive movie, said to have haunted Praveen Babi, personally and mentally. If more ways than other, she was affected by the movie. Later she also suffered from Schizophrenia. she has been unlucky in love and it is believed that her raltionship with other actors, film personalities have been destructive for her mental and physical well being. If not for anything, I for one would like to express my heartfelt condolence to HERSELF ( she did not have any loved one, so to speak) with her.
