LOL...i really wonder with what kinda girls you talk to...are they so blind that they dont even know how they really look like ? Matrix gal, i could talk to all kinds of girls, regardless of how they look. But the point is some girls may have beautiful* face while others may not have so beautiful face. But many a times I can discern certain 'look' in girls' eyes that is asking 'm i beautiful". In such cases, i tell them, of course with due respect, that "hey, u look gorgeous or beautiful or sexy" or whatever the case is. Especially, gorgeous is applicable to all :) It just makes them feel great. This is based on my practical experience. the trick is you should be polite and systematic in your approach.
