I would say rightly so. However, the question we need ask ourselves is what have we done to follow the teachings of Buddha? And, more importantly, have we done enough to promote Lumbini (in Nepal) as Buddha?s birthday? All of the Buddhist tourism is taken by India, and no wonder this old thing regarding Buddha?s birthplace keeps cropping up.
