Even though his son in law has legal green card—and was just unlawfully arrested by ICE for a second time.

Donald "Don" Nance is a Republican businessman and two time mayoral candidate in West Monroe, Louisiana.

His son in law was eventually released after ICE accepted his permanent resident paperwork as valid.
