Six days ago, I explained what I believed the decision would mean for all TPS holders. This is not the first time. I have often discussed other issues on Sajha and warned people early so they could prepare and take action before something happened. This situation is no different.

Today, the Supreme Court confirmed that the DHS Secretary has the legal authority to designate, extend, or terminate TPS. The courts generally cannot review those decisions. That is the end of the story.
