In simple language it means Appeal in the Supreme Court is dismissed .Appeal dismissed is not equal to case dismissed .for now old decision of lower court stays .so, lower court was in favour of tps .Good news for now. No loss of TPS benefits right now. No sudden risk now.But still uncertain in the long run…
