There are more than 300 U visa applicants fraudster who obtained U visa with the help of this guy named lala patel . The collusion started from 2015 until now . U visa is such kind of visa when you are involved in crimes related incidents like robbery,shooting, physical assaults etc. (inside gas station especially)
this guy named lala patel was able to make friends with these 4 officers inside store and make false story and obtain greencard through U visa . There are more than 300 cases of fake U visa fraudulent application and DHS will revoke each and every applicants GC . Most of them have are Indian citizens and few nepali as well .
I THINK AND HOPE FAKE NEPALI APPLICANTS WHO OBTAINED GREENCARD THROUGH FAKE ASYLUM PAPERS ARE SCRUTINIZED AND INVESTIGATED TO THE FULLEST AND HELD BE ACCOUNTABLE.
