I think we can run like NGO like Dr.Pukar Malla(PhD Cornell, he is running daayitwa) or we can help like those organization and believe he is doing great for social uplift. I believe "True wealth is how much we do social uplift". I think we can work with balen,hamal,harka etc.
They also need genuine team. samata school jasto pani kholna sakincha hola with low tuition and quality education or work in health sector similar. After certain point money and property are just illusion and crap. Kati MAGA bhanera basne Haina?.We can give establish career advice center/vocational school etc. Afno bhane chiz le matter garcha hola. Just thinking try to give to the country rather than taking form country and work for own satisfaction. After certain period I believe most of us return either naturalized citizen or pr holders. Desh nagayera Jane kaha ? just personal opinion.But there is some kind of problem with nepali mindset either living in usa or nepal. People are giving more important to the money then it should be.just my two cents
