Try to get an I-20 from a college you can afford. Along with I 539 write a letter to USCIS that degree will help you get a job back home and you have strong family ties. send copy of pay stub with sufficient bank statement. If you have some scholarship proof from college, include that. Briefly explain past challenges like wrong program, high tuition or homesickness etc. In sum- the degree is important, you are doing well, strong ties and enough funds . Try to make short and simple.
