i cannot comment in context of America because my roots doesn't belong here . But DEI has killed the talents of hundreds of thousands of Nepali youth forcing them to work in saudi , qatar , korea , australia etc while unskilled women , dalits , janajatis are on the power who are incompetent.

just take an example of yeti crash last year . male captain was forced to train incompetent copilot because they want diversity in the their fleet . n rest is a sad history
