The foreign country they came from has jurisdiction over them.Those countries can order their citizens to fight in a war; we can't force an illegal to fight in a war. Good! Let the States push this lawsuit to the Supreme Court and SCOTUS Decision finalize the Law of the Land. I live in a democrat state, and I agree with Trump. take a poll in these states and you will us voters think. Why are democrats so concerned about this? So it's ok for a pregnant woman to cross illegally just so her kid is legal. Sounds like she is just working the system. Birthright citizenship should at least be somewhat restricted as is the case with 33 other countries (including most of Europe)
