Indians misusing the system everywhere , indian not only misuse h1b but h4 ead as well . there will be a few amendments on h1b when trump takes office .

Salary bar for h1b will go higher ,
H4 ead will be eliminated,
h1b job will be onsite only as per LCA with some exceptions .

h1b holder will not be allowed to do 2 job / dual h1b at the same time .
