DHS is required to provide notice regarding the termination, extension, or designation of TPS, but this must be done at least 60 days in advance.
The Biden Administration is not obligated to announce a decision on Nepal's TPS at this time, as the termination would not take effect until six months from now. If TPS for Nepal is set to end, no immediate announcement is required.
