I feel that if TPS gets extended before January 20th, we might at least have another 18 months of TPS, even if Trump returns to office, plus an additional 6 to 9 months if Trump decides to end TPS afterward. However, if TPS isn't extended before January 20th, it's uncertain what will happen when Trump comes back. It could potentially be terminated, gonna be a uphill battle with Trump Admin
