@suggestions yeah they are, but as long as you have funds in your bank to show them it should be fine, when I first enrolled in master, I just uploaded my personal bank statement from here, it got approved…last week I did the same, uploaded my personal bank statement again….I was approved for readmission from university, but let’s see what happens with USCIS reinstatement….I went through some shitty time a year ago, so planning to use that reason in a letter when applying to USCIS…
I am not sure what form they filled out, they said that they had to include a letter explaining a break for more than 6 months….and they said it has to be a strong convincing reason…so I have to do that as well….
And for forms, yeah I think it has go through DSO, they sent me link for USCIS - i901fee and form i-539…I am not sure if I have to fill that, planning to go next week to ask my DSO….also planning to ask if I need to take full time credits during the reinstatement process, or can I just take 3-4 credits using my TPS, and switch back to full time if my reinstatement if approved….plus it takes almost a year to get reinstated back to f1 if approved
