looks like this is a clear victory and h1b will his main target. like 2017-2020, everyone will be getting RFEs - TPS will for sure be revoked. -most consultancy visa/ extension will be denied - he will appoint Stephen Miller as immigration attorney who is known as H1b killer - those who have visa stamping after November, their case will go for admin processing which will take upto 3 mints to a year to get clearance . basically more n more n more h1b denials and too bad for desi consultancies . thy will vanish
