Dear I-765 Applicant:
Our records indicate that you have re-registered for Temporary Protected Status (TPS) under your country designation, applied for a Form I-766, Employment Authorization Document (EAD), and your EAD renewal application is pending. Unless your TPS has been withdrawn or your request for TPS has been denied, you continue to have TPS and employment authorization. We intend to issue you a new EAD with the corresponding expiration date under your country designation if your application is approved. However, because your EAD renewal application is still pending, we are automatically extending your existing EAD through March 9, 2025.
If your EAD with category A12 or C19 has one of the following expiration dates, your EAD is automatically extended through March 9, 2025: Nov. 2, 2017
