@apunge- i really feel bad for your situation. My company accepted my i-797 notice for EAD and applied the automatic extension date. Read this : https://www.uscis.gov/i-9-central/employee-rights-and-resources/employee-rights I feel like your employer is discriminating you even though you have the correct documentation to prove your are verified to work and fall under the auto extension rule. you may try the following: If you feel your employer did not hire you, treated you differently during the hiring or Form I-9 process, or terminated you because of your national origin, or immigration or citizenship status, call IER at 800-255-7688 (Worker Hotline) or 800-237-2515 (TTY), or visit IER’s website.
