Recommended persons are eligible for governor?s post: DyPM KOL Report KATHMANDU, Jan 8 - Deputy Prime Minister Bharat Mohan Adhikari has claimed that all the three persons recommended by the committee under him are legally eligible to head Nepal Rastra Bank (NRB). Adhikari was reacting to a statement issued by the Office of Attorney General, which said that the existing laws disallows National Planning Commission member Dr. Yubaraj Khatiwada to head the central bank. Speaking to the journalists in Biratnagar Saturday, DyPM Adhikari said: ?The Governor appointed will have nothing to do with his stay in the Deuba government,? adding that it was not him but his party that enjoyed the right to decide whether or not to be a part of the government.
