Each individual must meet all the TPS eligibility requirements on his or her own merits. This includes meeting the requirements for nationality, “continuous residence” and “continuous physical presence” in the United States, being admissible as an immigrant to the United States under the grounds applicable to TPS, and not being barred from TPS by various criminal, security and other mandatory ineligibility grounds.
