Putting away a teenage child esp. a female one into a hostel is a dumb and reckless move in this day and age.
Safety is more important than Education any given day ! Period !!
If a student's curiosity, and discipline are nurtured at home itself, a strong foundation can be laid for a promising future.
Now those bereaved parents have to go through so much grief and hassle. May they gather enough strength to overcome this situation.
