TPS Re-registration

I have been following this thread as some of my own relatives are also filing for TPS. Kudos to you guys for sharing the knowledge!

Regarding this a12 or c19 it is still confusing. USCIS says something like this in this link below.
javaskript:nicTemp();

But then again in another document posted by USCIS, it is sounding more confusing, as it says a(12) is for individuals filing for the first time!! Most of us are not filing for the first time right?

javaskript:nicTemp();

In my case, I was of opinion that the current TPS is expiring after some time right and we are filing for TPS again based on our country's eligibility and the new extension granted to us maybe for the last time now. If somebody has applied for TPS first without EAD and then after getting TPS he or she changed his mind, and then go on to apply for EAD later, then a(12) applies but if someone is filing concurrently, then may be it is c(19). Currently, we are filing re-registration means we are starting altogether again.
So, I went with c19 at the time of filing for my relative. I took this call because I was thinking that though we do have TPS currently, it is expiring after some time right? and we are again filing for TPS based on our country's eligibility and we are not applying TPS for the first time. This is just how I was thinking.

But regardless, whether you enter a12 or c19 I think as long as you file everything correctly with correct fees, it does not really matter as both are for TPS categorically, as you can all see that USCIS will not reject c19 either as the last picture above shows.
Lastly, I do not want to cause any kind of stress to anyone.
