Filing Form I–131 together with a Form I–821, Application for Temporary Protected Status for NEPAL.
Mail to
The address provided in Table 1.
If you are
- If you are filing Form I–131 separately based on a pending or approved Form I–821,
- send your form to the address listed in Table 2
- and include a copy of Form I–797 for the approved or pending Form I–821.
