Sounds like a hassle You have to bring in a Nepali citizen to vouch for you ray..what the hell is that and you need to take oath rey..most Nepalis who have taken foreign citizenship are the descendents of Nepalis who have lived there for hundred of years and now they are treating us as if they are doing some extreme favor. What is even cultural and social rights? Do i need to have right to be a part of a culture or be social with my friends or fam..somone who doesnt have a nagarikta can not be social in Nepal and cant practice culture? This whole idea is absurd. They should've just given dual ctzp using the same nagirukta we already have. Reading the niyamabali it sounds like a whole year process that has to be done in cdo and other offices in Nepal.
What's most ridiculous is most Nepalis who have foreign ctzp dont even care lol. I see no celebration and not even discussion about this topic.
