it charges through USB cable , once charged, its good for 6 month or 5 jump start cycle . good for 10 years . nobody need a jumper every often , its just peace of mind and can be really handy in odd time . its portable and rechargeable . i dont know about 1995 corolla but every car after 2010 has a USB port . cable itself will not charge your vehicle, u need a donor which might not be available at times
