Well, Adhikar organization can do whatever they want, but using Nepali TPS holder to demand Biden Admin, who already give extension to Neaplese TPS holder till June 30, 2024, is not much a pleasing process to US govt.
Nepali TPS holder concern was they were about to kick out from US by court decision, but Biden Admin helped them doing extension till June 30, 2024.
Now suddenly, Nepali TPS holder are asking Biden Admin to give New illegal Nepalese who got here crossing borders a new TPS status for Nepal.
Life is not that easy.
