Please contact your travel agent. Never been through that route. But, my understanding is if you have separate tickets then it is not connecting flights and you will have to claim your baggage and re-enter to airport to catch the flight for Nepal.

Is there a reason why you choose Delhi route? I find Qatar route very easy and hassle free.
