I found this link too. This might help one to hear what he was saying to the Indian kid. I still feel the desperation in Dalai Lama to get close the kid. The hug at the end also look quite awkward and unwarranted for. Lama does look like a creep here trying to touch the kid unnecessarily, using all those big words of wisdom. You can talk to a kid and not kiss the kid in lips when you are sharing some wisdom, especially when it is not your kids. In USA it is a big no no to touch other people's kids. May be Eastern countries do not think the same.
