The reason he is not filling out Asylum is that his company is filling out a green card on the basis of TPS. So there is no point filling a different route to get a green card with asylum. As this move might hamper and see desperation than merit basis move going through the EB2 | EB3 process. Is there a way I could apply for a TPS EAD card that will allow me to work based on his TPS status? Can't a wife of a TPS holder get a work permit?

I am not just marrying for status purposes but if I am crossing that path and looking out for legality what are my option?
Any other form of legality way that we both could stay in the same status? He can be here until Jun 2024 but my EAD is about to end without extension so what is my best option to remain longer without joining the school?
