Thats a NO NO . Marrying TPS holder will not give you any status as of yet . You will just become a wife of TPS holder .
The best option would be to send your husband back to nepal in advance parole and apply for asylum asap after he cones back . That way he can put you as a derivative … Nepal’ s condition is the same and will never improve like balen shah stated in-his Facebook profile today.
I know very few Nepalese who has acquired work authorization plus advance parole as asylee pending . If you have been here for more than 2 yrs are eligible to apply for advance parole as derivarive. Hope this helps .
